We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or purchase from Abigail Rebecca.

By purchasing or using any of our Programmes, Courses, Trainings, Products, Website or Services ("Material"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use as well as any other terms and conditions that may apply.

All users of our material must be at least 18 years old.

The content in all of our material is the property of Abigail Rebecca and is intended for personal use only. It is not to be duplicated, sold, shared, stolen, modified, copied or repurposed. You understand that doing any of the before-mentioned activities is considered theft and we retain the right to take legal action against you.

If you participate in a live training, Abigail Rebecca owns all rights to this material and may use or distribute the content as seen fit.

Any testimonials (written or verbal) posted in a Facebook group or comments, sent to Abigail Rebecca become the property of Abigail Rebecca. Screenshots can/will be used anonymously to promote the container. If you post a testimonial to a container owned by Abigail Rebecca you consent to these terms and the use of your testimonial as Abigail sees fit.

The container structure is subject to change based on the Coach's (Abigail Rebecca's) discretion.

Request for Permission to Use Content.
Any request for written permission to use our material, should be made prior to using it by sending an e-mail to hello@abigailrebecca.com.

Facebook Groups.
The Course or Programme may come with a private Facebook Community. These Terms apply to the Facebook Group. You also understand that Facebook is a public platform and therefore, we cannot guarantee your privacy for things that you share in the group as other members will also see what is posted.

We will not tolerate any kind of bullying, scam, or hate messages within our communities or DM. If you violate this, we can and will ban you from the community and block your profile.

Communication Guidelines.

Purchases and Payment Plans.
If paying by debit card, credit card, PayPal or Stripe you give us permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card as payment for your Programme, Product or Service without any additional authorisation, for which you will receive an electronic receipt for the initial transaction.

In the event that payment is not received by the date due, the Programme, Product or Services will not continue and we reserve the right to cease your access immediately and permanently. We reserve the right to charge a late fee of $100 added to your remaining payment.

Your payment will be charged on a re-occurring basis on the terms that you have agreed to pay. If your payment fails on the date that it is due, we may attempt to re-process your payment without notice.

In the event that you dispute a charge for a Programme, Product or Service your access will be revoked immediately.

If you fail to make your payment for any reason, you have 3 days to correct this or your access to the container will be revoked and you remain fully responsible for the full cost of the Programmes, Courses, Products, or Services.

All information obtained during your purchase or transaction for our Programmes, Products and Services and all of the information that you give as part of the transaction, such as your name, address, method of payment, credit card number, and billing information, may be collected by both us and our payment processing company.

Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of our Programmes, Products and Services, Abigail Rebecca has a no refund policy. By purchasing any of our offers, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided to you for any reason. Should you decide to terminate your participation in any of our Programmes, Products and Services, you remain responsible for all remaining payments.

If you have accessed your course, you can still request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the following conditions are met;
No modules have been marked as complete

In the event of cancellation or termination by either of us, you will have 24 hours to pay any and all remaining payments or balances that are owed to us.
